How to lock and unlocked keyboard keys of LAPTOP AND PC

Lock Keyboard keys

Press shift bottom for 8 second 

after that it will ask to for yes and no 

click on yes 

now keyboard key is locked

Unlock keyboard keys

press shift bottom for 8 second it will beep and keyboard will be unlocked ..
